Professional Beauty Solutions (PBS) Pakistan is more than a manufacturing company. it is the realization of a vision to transform Pakistan’s professional hair industry.
The journey began in March 2010, when Managing Director Abdul Waheed Bhatti and Operations Director Habibullah Baig laid the foundation of PBS Pakistan with the guidance and continued support of Stephen Macdona, Managing Director of PBS UK. Construction of the manufacturing facility commenced in 2011, and in April 2013, PBS produced its very first batch of professional 60ml hair colour tubes, marking the beginning of an ambitious journey.
What started with a dedicated team of just five employees has grown into an organization of over 150 professionals. From operating with only two production vessels, PBS has evolved into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with 15 production vessels and three tube filling lines, reflecting years of continuous investment, growth, and operational excellence.
PBS has proudly played a pioneering role in Pakistan’s professional beauty industry. At a time when professional hair colour products were not widely available, PBS introduced professional hair colour solutions to the local market and became one of the first companies to offer professional hair colour under the brand EAZICOLOR, making premium salon products more accessible while setting new industry benchmarks.
From the very beginning, the company’s purpose has extended beyond manufacturing. PBS has remained committed to empowering women, supporting salon professionals, and creating opportunities for education, technical training, and skill development. Through workshops, seminars, academies, and continuous professional education, PBS continues to contribute to the growth of Pakistan’s beauty industry.
The company’s product portfolio has expanded significantly over the years. From a limited selection of shades, PBS now offers a comprehensive professional hair colour system featuring 71 shades, developed to meet the evolving needs of stylists and salons while maintaining exceptional performance and consistency.
